As outlined at the AGM, Dividend Payments is one of the two primary methods of rewarding our shareholders for investing in our company. We will make dividend payments consistent with the Dividend Policy established by the Finance Investment & Technical Committee of the Board.
Our work is ongoing. We will continue with building the resources of the company and work ardently to close the first acquisition during the first 90 days of 2024.
Ciboney is currently listed on the main market of the JSE. It is an existing vehicle with certain infrastructure already in place.
We will look at each opportunity carefully bearing Board’s strategy in mind from time to time
We will be able to pursue opportunities wherever they are. Key being that these investments must meet the investment crtieria of the Board.
IEC, an affiliate of IECG’s majority shareholder currently has a Joint Venture arrangement with Wigton, which we will seek to deepen to the mutual benefit of the companies.
No specific preference. However, based on the current market conditions, both Photo Voltaic Solar & Battery Energy Storage are trending. These are the most cost effefctive RE solutions today.
No. In fact all options will be pursued. We are acutely aware of the fact that current shareholders are apprehensive about being diluted.
This goal can only be achived with “all hands on deck.” We are a Jamaican company and we want to be considered the “go-to” company to provide Reneable Energy solutions at scale.
We will be working to provide RE solutions to Residential, Commercial and Industrial clients while concurrently respond to bids published by the government and both the JPS and the NWC. We will also seek to collaborate with the government in providing Renewable Energy Solutions to “low income housing” and establishing microgrids in communities where we have high theft of electricity. Further, one strategy to reduce the high cost of electricity for Jamaican consumers, is to establish microgrids around the island. This is one area where we plan to work closely with JPS to provide some of these solutions.

That is not totally correct. Some of the shares have already been transferred to IEC. However, because a significant amount of the shares were still in “paper form,” the process is taking a while longer than we all would have liked. This process should be completed by year’s end.
For confirmation, there was no take up of the offer. However, the results were published, albeit later than we would’ve liked. As we build out the organization, we will become much tighter on process.
We are not a shareholder of Capstone Green Energy Corporation. We are only their Jamaican Distributor.
IEC, an affiliate of IECG is involved in several projects. Most notably, the Sangster International Airport PV Solar Project (7 MW + 4MW BESS) , the Norman Manley international Airport PV Solar Project (3.5 MW) and the National Irrigation Solar Project with Battery Energy Storage Capacity.
We are exploring a merger or acquisition. The final deal will be based on consultants and tax advice and approval by the Board.
The JV between affiliate company IEC and Wigton is on project by project basis. We cannot share the details of the agreement, except to say it is mutually beenficial to both companies.
Yes. Barita is our Broker on record.
There will be no Stock Split. We simply wish to remove the restrictions to the amount of shares we can issue.
